Most of our employees are well-trained engineers and technicians, mainly with many years experience in plant engineering.
In our commercial department we employ administrative assistants, forwarding merchants as well as employees with a degree in business. On average our employees are 40 years old.
NPS regularly offers personnel development measures for the employees to keep the know-how on a high level.
Teamwork, a flat hierarchy and a very good working atmosphere are not buzzwords but are lived by our employees on a daily basis.
